Today is your day

A day when we honor you for everything you do

For being there through the toughest scraps in our lives

Guiding us as you see us to go

Healing all our scrapes, cuts, and other oddities of our misfortunes

You're there when we feel that the world is against us

There for us when we falter

Correct us when we fail or make a mistake

The one that made us and still makes us

Who we are today

For this special day

It may not mean much

Because I know I always say it

I always say, "Thanks Mom"

But today, it means more then anything

So to you, Mom
